The proposed business aims to provide nutritional, medicinal and high quality product. To produce an innovative product that would be very beneficial to our health and will offer a very affordable, safe and effective products in the locality. JOMIVA’s longganisa is the name of the business. It focused in the processing and marketing of longganisa with mushroom. It has a very unique name that is suitable and easy to read and it’s not hard to pronounce. JOMIVA’s longganisa will be establish in the municipality of Mambusao. The project site will be located at poblacion, tabuc, Mambusao, Capiz. It’s strategically located because it is near the market and along the road, and accessible to all means of land transportation. The demand of the product was based on the survey conducted by the proponents that 30% of respondents are willing to patronize the product. The required investment for the proposed business is Php389,966.50 which will be divided among partners at 130,988.83. The projected sales of the business for the first year is Php993,767.00 for the second year; 1,010,073.00 for the third year; 1,035,624 for the fourth year; 1,054,659 and 1,083,970.00 for the fifth year. Based on the result of the study, it was found out that the proposed business is feasible as proven by the positive results of the net present value of 194,616.63 and a payback period of 1 year and 5 months. The return on investment of the project is 65% which is favorable in the part of investors. The internal rate of return is 57% which shows that business is worth investing. Therefore, it is recommended that JOMIVA’s Longganisa will be pursued and will be established at the mentioned site.

The business will be recognized as MQM’s Cucumber Muffin as its brand name. It is exclusively focusing on the processing and marketing of cucumber muffins. It is an authentic name that is easy to recognize and memorize. MQM’s Cucumber Muffin shall be established in the Municipality of Mambusao. The project site will be at Sta. Catalina Street, Poblacion Proper, Mambusao, Capiz. It is strategically located because it is accessible to all means of land transportation. The target consumers of the business range from 5 years old and above. The projected demand of the product was based on the per capita consumption of the main ingredient taken from the Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA) and the projected supply was based on the magnitude of supply of the direct competitor. MQM will sell its product per piece and accept orders at the same time, and will be sold at a reasonable price. The firm will use tarpaulins and posters to promote the product. The firm will require two (2) individuals who will be responsible for the production and marketing of the product. The raw materials will be acquired from the public market of the Municipality of Mambusao. The firm will have a production of six times a week with the total operation of 288 days in one year. The proponents of the business are all fourth year students from the College of Business Administration of Capiz State University, Burias Campus, Mambusao, Capiz. The required initial investment for the business is Php103, 154.3 which will be divided among the proponents at Php34, 384.77 each. Since the proponents are BSBA graduating students, they are not capable of funding the project so they decide to look for possible sources of funds and submit the completed detailed feasibility study for the funding agency. The net income of the business is Php48, 799.78 for the first year, Php50, 292.10 for the second year, Php53, 455.26for the third year, Ph55, 927.23 for the fourth year, and Php58, 030.98 for the fifth year. Based on the results of the study, it was found out that the project is feasible as proven by the positive result of the return on investment with 45.3% which is favorable in the part of investors, with 1 year and 8 months of payback period, a positive net present value amounting Php53, 955.03 and internal rate of return of 45.31%.

LAN’S Food Manufacturing is the name of the proposed business to be established in the Municipality of Mambusao. The business name LAN’S was derived from the First letter of the proponent’s Last name combined together. It will be composed of three general partners who will invest money and other resources needed to operate the business. The partners of the proposed project will contribute an equal amount of Capital. The sources of information are the internet and website. The proposed business will have two major components namely: Production activities and marketing activities. The demand of the product was based on the survey conducted   that 80%of the respondents are willing to patronize the product. The projected Sales of the business for the first year is Php410, 400; for the second year Php488, 76; for the third year Php603, 280; for the fourth year Php696, 718 and Php831, 325 for the fifth year. The business requires a total investment of Php283, 426.70. The  Return on Investment  of  56.21% payback period  of  1 year and  7 months, a net present value of  Php160,717.95 and Internal Rate of  47.57%. This means that the proposed business is feasible.

Powdered dried kamias flavoring is a condiment. It contains antioxidant that prevents free radicals from invading our bodies and high acidic properties that strengthens the immune system. It will serve as additive ingredients that will enhance the flavor of a certain menu. JDM’s powdered dried kamias flavoring is the name of the proposed project. It is a limited partnership form of business organization. The project is located at Dumalag Road, Poblacion Tabuc, Mambusao, Capiz. The proponents are all fourth year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Students. The management is composed of 5 personnel: 1 Manager 1 Laborer 1 operator 1 seller and 1 cashier. They are the management team of the business it has 240 days operation in (1) one year. The investment for the business is Php.181, 146 which will be divided among partners amounting Php. 60,382 each. The projected sale of the business for the first year is 568,320 second year 612,864, third year 660,441, fourth year 711,232 and the fifth year 756,454. Based on the result of the study, the researcher were able to find out that the production and marketing of powdered dried kamias flavoring is possible in the locality. Likewise the project is acceptable among the respondent in the municipality of Mambusao and the business will ensure the quality of the products. The group recommends conducting further studies to enhance the quality of powdered dried kamias flavoring and for expansion purposes.
