This Capstone project was developed at Capiz State University Pilar Campus during the second semester SY 2018-2019. The capstone general objective was to create Android Controlled Arduino RC Car for Surveillance Prototype robotic car using the Arduino specifically, this study intended to; develop an android application using MIT inventor app; analyze the accuracy of the android app to be developed; assess the effectiveness of monitoring using temperature sensor; process the data using appropriate application that to be develop; identify the main functions of the arduino hardware; provide a device that can transmit live streaming video when attached to the RC car, and to develop robotic car that will help in the operation of the Bureau of Fire Protection. This study was found to be effective and efficient by the user.

This project was a product of research investigation at the Office of Liga ng mga Barangay, in the Municipality of Pres. Roxas, Capiz. It generally aimed to create Accounting Database System that could store data and to print out the monthly financial transaction in the Municipality of Pres. Roxas, Capiz.
Further, the said system has their unique features that could automatically calculate the Trial-balance and the cashbook to print out the monthly report of all financial transactions and also to fill up all the necessary data. The proponents embraced the systems development life cycle (SDLC) in developing their system proponents which started with the preliminary investigation through interview and office observation.
Through this information system, the organization can easily encode the data without using the traditional way of encoding.

This paper and software was conducted at the office of MSWD in the Municipality of President Roxas, Capiz. This project aims to develop and design a Day Care Database (DCD) system in the Municipality of President Roxas, Capiz.
A Day Care Database systems allows the officer to keep track the data of all preschoolers. In this study, the prototype builds based on secured and trusted frameworks for DCD system. It involves the input, processing and the output.
The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is the process model is being used by the researchers in their entire process development. The process presented the workflow of the system development project. The researchers also used Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram.
This project system would hasten transactions in the office of the MSWD thus would, increase efficiency and reduce documentation errors through the usual manual processing and also reduce the number of employees needed in the office.
