This research was conducted to determine the speech anxiety and classroom participation of college student at capiz state university dayao satellite college. The study was conducted at Capiz State University Dayao Satellite College, Roxas City for academic year 2022-2023. This study specifically aimed to determine: 1) What is the socio-demographic profile of the respondents? 2) What is the extent of BEEd student’s speech anxiety? 3)What is the extent of BEEd student’s classroom participation? 4) Is there a significant relationship between the student speech anxiety and classroom participation when grouped according to age, sex, year level and home location?  The respondents of the study were 156 education students from first year to third year. A researcher’s made survey questionnaire was used to collect data. The gathered data analyzed using the percentage frequency count and mean. The Annova was used to determine the significant relationship between the student speech anxiety and classroom participation when grouped according to age, sex, year level and home location. Data revealed that most of the respondents were females aged 21 and up years old and there was no a significant relationship between the student speech anxiety and classroom participation when grouped according to age, sex, year level and home location.
