The purpose of this study was to assess the implementation of Municipal Ordinance No.1, S, 2004, the Traffic Rules and Regulations of the Municipality of Ma-ayon, Capiz. The study aimed to determine the socio-demographic profile of the respondents, identify the implementation of Municipal Ordinance No.1, S, 2004 by the Ma-ayon, Capiz Police Personnel and their degree of implementation, and analyze if there were significant differences in the implementation based on the type of respondents. Data was collected from thirty-five Police Personnel in Ma-ayon, Capiz using a survey questionnaire. A descriptive research design was employed for the study. The results revealed that the majority of respondents were male, married, college graduates, and aged between thirty-six to forty years old. The respondents perceived that the implementation of Municipal Ordinance No.1, S, 2004 by Ma-ayon, Capiz Police Personnel was "fully implemented," with a grand mean score of 4.83 for the 18 statements assessing the extent of implementation. Additionally, the study found a significant difference in the implementation of Municipal Ordinance No.1, S, 2004 based on the type of respondents. In summary, the findings suggest that the implementation of Municipal Ordinance No.1, S, 2004 in Ma-ayon, Capiz, carried out by the Municipality of Ma-ayon and the Ma-ayon Police, was effectively executed, as perceived by the respondents.

The study aimed to assess the level compliance of the Lupong Tagapamayapa in the Municipality of Ivisan, Capiz. Specifically, this study sought to answer the following questions: 1. What is the socio-demographic profile of the respondents? 2. What is the level of compliance of the Lupong Tagapamayapa in terms of composition, functions and procedures in the Municipality of Ivisan, Capiz? 3. Is there significant difference in the level of compliance of Lupong Tagapamayapa in terms of composition, functions, and procedures when respondents were grouped according to educational attainment and estimated monthly income? A survey questionnaire was used to gather significant data. Brgy. Pob. Norte, Ivisan, Capiz was the place where the study was conducted using (48) settled dispute parties from January 01, 2022 to January 01, 2023 as respondents. Descriptive correlational type of research was used in this study. Data were tabulated and analysed using the descriptive statistical tools such as frequency in count, percentage, mean for independent variables and analysis of variance (ANOVA) for dependent variables. Results indicated that most of the respondents were on the bracket of 36-50 years old; females; married; college graduates and monthly income. The perception of the settled dispute parties as to level of compliance of the Lupong Tagapamayapa in terms of composition in the Municipality of Ivisan, Capiz was “Complied”, level of compliance of the Lupong Tagapamayapa in terms of function in the Municipality of Ivisan was “Less Complied” while level of compliance of the Lupong Tagapamayapa in terms of procedure in the Municipality of Ivisan was “Less Complied”.

Generally this study was conducted to determine the different security measures adopted by Pontevedra National High School and Jose Diva Avelino Jr. National High School as the basis for formulating plans and programs to strengthen security. Specifically, this study sought to answer the following questions: 1. What is the socio-demographic profile of the respondents?, 2. What are the security measures of Pontevedra National High School and Jose Diva Avelino Jr National High School?, and 3. Is there a significant difference between the security measures of Pontevedra National High School and Jose Diva Avelino Jr. National High School in terms of location of the foresaid schools? Survey questionnaire was used to gather significant data. Pontevedra National High School and Jose Diva Avelino Jr. National High School were the locale of the study. Data were tabulated and analyzed using descriptive statistical tools such as frequency count, mean and percentage, and correlational statistical tool such as t-test. Result indicated that most of the respondents were aging 21-30 years old; females; single; with master’s unit; and earning an income ranging 10,001-20,000. It was found out that there was a significant difference between the security measures of Pontevedra National High School and Jose Diva Avelino Jr. National High School.

The study was conducted at Tapaz Municipal Police Station during the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023. Thirty (30) police personnel were utilized as respondents of the study. The main objective of the study was to determine the crimes committed against person in the Municipality of Tapaz, Capiz. The specific problems of the study were: 1) What is the socio-demographic profile of the respondents? 2) What are the crimes committed against person in the Municipality of Tapaz, Capiz? 3) What are the causes of crimes committed against person in the Municipality of Tapaz, Capiz? 4) Is there a significant difference in the causes of crimes committed against person in the Municipality of Tapaz, Capiz considering Respondents’ length of service? Most of the respondents were ages of 31 to 40 years old, and the majority were males and married, earning an estimated monthly income ranging from Php35, 000 to Php38, 000 and Php44, 000 to Php48, 000 and with the length of service of 12 years and above. The crimes committed against person in the Municipality of Tapaz, Capiz had a grand mean of 2.08 interpreted as Seldom. Causes of crimes Committed against Person in the Municipality of Tapaz, Capiz has a grand mean of 2.04 interpreted as Seldom. Data revealed that there was no significant difference in the causes of crimes committed against person in the Municipality of Tapaz considering respondents' length of service.
