The study focused on the stress and coping mechanism of tourism students of CAPSU Sigma amidst the COVID19 pandemic. The researcher explored the socio demographic profile of the respondents together with its respective level of stress and level of coping mechanism. The respondents of the study are the 223 BSTM students from first year to fourth year level. The statistical tools used in this study were frequency count and percentage, standard deviation, mean, t-test for Independent Samples test, One- way Analysis of Variance (One- Way ANOVA) and Pearson’s r. Respondents are in aging population between 19-24 years old equivalents to 81.2%. In terms of sex, majority of the 74.4 percent of respondents are female 60.1 percent of the respondents are coming from the first year level. Majority of the level of stress and level of coping mechanism of the students are in the moderate level. Therefore, students while breathing in a day-to-day life practice, students' perceptions and reactions to such unpredictable and frightening life matter situations causes uncertainty and leads to stress elements. There is a significant relationship between the stress level and coping mechanism of BSTM Student. Office of student’s affairs, guidance and counselling office and tourism faculty and staff should have a quarterly meeting focusing on monitoring student stress and coping activities. The researchers recommended to have wider scope of research focusing on some related coping mechanism like problem-focused coping, emotion-focused coping, social support, religious coping, and meaning building in a wider respondent. The researchers also would like to recommend that office of student’s affairs, guidance and counselling office, tourism faculty and staff should have a quarterly meeting focusing on monitoring student stress and coping activities. The impact of online marketing in small business establishments used descriptive method in the study. Purposive sampling was utilized. The respondents of the study ere the thirty (30) business owners of small establishments from municipalities of Dao, Sigma, and Mambusao. The instrument used in this study was questionnaire made by the researcher. The statistical tools used was percentage, standard deviation, mean, independent samples test, t-test, and ANOVA were the statistical tools used in the study to analyze the data gathered. Findings of the study revealed that in terms of social and economic impact of online marketing. Moreover, there is a significant difference in the economic and social impact of the online marketing on small business establishments among the different municipalities. It implied that by using online marketing, the business not only talks about product but also incorporates general posts that the audiences would find interesting. The research builds upon literature of online marketing with the objective of understanding the impact of social and economic impact to small business establishments. A review of online marketing platforms are considered important in making online marketing. Using this as a basis, 2 major platforms; namely Facebook and Instagram are considered relevant in understanding the implications for online marketing. By building upon previous research in the area of online platform selection, we provide a means of classifying internet marketing initiative based on biographical profile of the respondents. The classification schemed based on the biographic profile can help analyze the significance of social and economic impact on the success of small business establishments online marketing. Further, the classification schemed is used to discuss decision support implications.

The primary objective of this study was to determine the environmental practices of hotels in Roxas City in terms of water, energy and waste, and whether there is a significant difference in the environmental practices of these hotels in terms of water, energy and waste. The instrument used in gathering data was a survey questionnaire for environmental practices. The respondents of the study were the 90 hotel staff of DOT accredited hotels in Roxas, City. To analyze the data, frequency count, mean, percentage, and ranking were used. Among the five selected hotels, data showed that Hotel C always practiced the implementation of environmental practices in terms of water. In terms of energy, the implementation of environmental practices findings revealed that Hotel C also has always practiced. In terms of waste management, Hotel C has obtained always practiced in the implementation of environmental practices. This means that Hotel C has implemented proper disposal and management of wastes in the different departments of the hotel. Further, they also engaged in recycling procedures of their materials as this would reduce their waste and be able to save hotel resources.

The primary objective of this study is to determine the tourism awareness of jeepney drivers in the Province of Capiz. Among the respondents who are jeepney drivers, majority of the respondents are between 30-40 years old with 41.7 % followed by the age bracket of 33.3% and only 25% were on the age of below 30 years old. This implies that most of the drivers were on the ideal age which is not too young or too old. Considering the awareness of tourist attractions when classified by district, and age, result reveals that jeepney drivers in the first and second district, adult and old respondents have almost the same awareness of the tourist attractions in the province of Capiz. In terms of the number of years they were driving, result indicates that jeepney drivers who are driving for 6 years and more have almost the same awareness of the tourism attractions in the province of Capiz.
