    Abstract
This study was conducted at St. Catherine Academy Poblacion Proper, Mambusao Capiz, and developed at Capiz State University Mambusao Satellite College, Poblacion Mambusao Capiz, from May 2022- May 2023. The study aimed to create a Grade Inquiry System at Saint Catherine Academy to help the school modernize the encoding and viewing of students' grades. Specifically, this Grade Inquiry System aimed to: design the system that secures the grades of the students; develop a system that enables students to view their grades; and determine its acceptability in terms of functional suitability, maintainability, performance efficiency, compatibility, reliability, usability, security, and portability. The development of the system has undergone 7 phases: planning, requirements gathering, designing, building, documentation, and Testing. Initially, the researchers gathered data about problems that needed to be addressed, then analyzed the gathered data and created a plan for the possible solution. In designing the systems, the researcher used the programming language, developing the system Visual Studio for the UI, Notepad ++ for the seripts, MySQL or the Database, and Java for the back-end server. During the testing phase, researchers presented the system to the advisory committee for their comments and suggestions to improve it. After the system was developed, it was evaluated in terms of its functional suitability, maintainability, performance efficiency, compatibility, reliability, usability, security, and portability. The respondents were seven (7) field experts from Capiz State University Mambusao Satellite College. Based on the study, the researchers concluded that the Grade Inquiry System helps students view their grades. The Online Grade Inquiry systems serve as a big help to Teachers, for their student's grades can be encoded in the system. Lastly, the Grades Inquiry System is interpreted as "Highly Acceptable" in terms of Functional Suitability, Maintainability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Reliability, Usability, Security, and Portability, with a grand mean of 4.74.
