This system entitled “Computerized Faculty Performance Evaluation System (CFPES)” was designed and developed for the faculty, students and especially the administration that will fully benefit the system. CFPES was developed using C# programming language and MS SQL for its database. The system is a “Decision Support System” that has the capability to self calculate and show results based on the user’s input data. CFPES has the following objectives: (1) Design and develop the following system features: (a) to create a login feature that will provide data security using user level accessibility; (b) to design a database that will compile students and faculty ratings of the faculty every evaluation period; (c) to design a feature that will automatically calculate and display the evaluation results; (d) to design a query feature based on faculty name, rank and college they belong to; (e) to generate timely reports on faculty evaluation. (2) To determine the acceptability level of the system by the targeted users when grouped as a whole in terms of the following criteria: (a) Product Quality; (b) Quality in Use. CFPES has the ability to automatically calculate the rating of evaluation in every rating period; log-in form was provided to meet the security of the system. To use this, the user is required to enter username and password before the system opens; CFPES can automatically calculate and rank the faculty ratee in descending order. This study was conducted to determine its acceptability utilizing selected 30 students using the ISO 92010 as its evaluation instrument. To gather the needed data, the researchers disseminate the ISO questionnaire and based on the results, the students of the said campus “highly accepted” the system in terms of the acceptability.en
