Information systems are involved in making use of computer program and software to store patient’s record, schedule, service record and generate report in terms of graphical reports based on year and month by showing the graph of services. The system is mostly highly accepted by the doctor, nurse, midwife, parents and students in terms of functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, portability, effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, freedom from risk, context coverage.
