This study was conducted and develop at Capiz State University Mambusao Satellite College, Poblacion Mambusao, Capiz. The main purpose of this study was to create a registration website for Reserve Officer Training Corps in order to reduce the cost, and time of students and Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Coordinators. Specifically, it aimed to create a website to facilitate student registration for the Reserve Officers Training Corps program; construct a website that contains details about the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps; design a system with a user-friendly interface that secures student information; determine the website's acceptability based on ISO 25010. The respondents of the study were the I.T. experts and first year Reserve Officers Training Corps cadets of Capiz State University Mambusao Satellite College. The development of the system undergone five phases: Planning, Analysis, Design Phase, Coding and Testing. Initially, the researchers gathered problems which need to be addressed, then analyzed the problem and created a plan for the possible solutions. In designing the system the programming language, researchers used Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) in designing and the system, My Structured Query Languages (MySQL) for the database, and Microsoft Word for the documentation. During the testing phase, the researchers first presented the system to the advisory committee for their comments and suggestions which they applied on the modification of the system. The system was evaluated in terms of : Functional Suitability, Maintainability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Reliability, Usability, Security, and Portability. After they conducted the study, the following conclusions were drawn; the Reserve Officers Training Corps registration website helped to facilitate student registration for the Reserve Officers Training Corps program; the Reserve Officers Training Corps registration website presents details about the Reserve Officers Training Corps; The Reserve Officers Training Corps registration website provides a system with a user-friendly interface that secures student information; lastly, the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Registration Website was “Highly Acceptable” in terms of Functional Suitability, Maintainability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Reliability, Usability, Security, and Portability with a grand mean of 4.50.en
