dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of the study was to determine the knowledge and skills of CapSU Pilar graduating student during limited face to face classes. More particularly, it sought to determine the socio demographic profile of the respondent in terms of age, sex and course; the level of knowledge and level of skills of the respondent during limited face to face classes; and the significant difference of the levels of knowledge and skills of the respondents when it comes to course. The respondent of the study were the BSIT, BSHM and BSA graduating student who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The respondent profile questionnaire was used to collect data on their age, sex and course. Their summative tests were used in order to determine their knowledge and practical test was used to determine their skills in laboratory subjects. Frequency count, percentage mean, standard deviation and ANOVA were the statistical tools used to analyze the data collected. Result of the study revealed that majority of the student were female, 23 years of age and course level many of them were Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) student. Result also showed that generally the respondents obtained “very satisfactory" level of knowledge "average" level of skills on their laboratory subject. There is a highly significant difference founds of the level of knowledge and level of skills of the respondents when it comes to course in favor of BSHM students. | en |
