dc.description.abstractThe study was conducted at beach resort in Pilar, Capiz, during the S.Y. 2022-2023 to determine the Employees Competency Enhancement among Beach Resort in Pilar, Capiz. More specially, the study aimed to determine the socio-demographic profile of the respondents in terms of sex, age, civil status, educational background, and classification of resort, position and monthly income; to determine the level of employee’s competency enhancement among beach resort in Pilar, Capiz, in terms of knowledge, skills, values and enhancement. It involved 36 respondent who are employees of beach resort in Pilar, Capiz. The instrument used was a modified questionnaire, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, where used as statistic tools. The results revealed that the majority of the respondents were females, also the data revealed that 15 of them were 31 years old to 40 years old. The statistics also revealed that the majority of the respondents was married. Moreover, the result also shows that the majority of the resorts are public. The position of the respondents also revealed that the majority of the respondents or 16 out of 36 are working as a maintenance. Lastly is also shows that 21 out of 36 respondents receives a monthly income ranging from 5,000 pesos and below. Also the level of employees’ competency enhancement as a whole, as assessed be the respondents through four categories, namely; knowledge, skills, values and enhancement. This implied that the respondents are competent on the level of competency enhancement in terms of knowledge, skills, values and enhancement.en
