Abstract

The CapSU Pilar Hostel Hybrid Front Office System was a state-of-the-art solution designed to streamline hostel operations by integrating traditional front office tasks with modern technology. The main objective of the project was to Design and develop a hybrid front office system for CapSU Pilar that include the comprehensive set of features to efficiently handle hostel operations for faster and easier transactions, with the functions of registration module, reservation module, availability management module, booking and payment module, check – and check – out module and admin dashboard module. Provide a reliable and user – friendly system for hybrid hostel customers wherein they can book available rooms, make reservations and pay bills through online and implement and deploy a hybrid front office system that can contribute to the advancement of technology in the hospitality industry. The system automated check-ins, check-outs, and billing for quick, personalized interactions, leading to higher guest satisfaction and positive reviews. It also improved administrative tasks with a user-friendly interface for efficient management of reservations.
