Some people have a problem when it comes to power outage its take some many hours or day before the electricity comeback some of the electric outage Couse by the disaster strike like typhoon, earthquake or any disaster can destroyed the electricity supply that’s why the solar panel with sensor system charger can help us to maintained the power of our phone, we can used this event there no power, this project become useful to our user. Gadgets like smart phones is vital part in our life but there is a several problems, and that is need to charge power outage it become the major concern when you are in the place where electricity is not available. This study it can help those affected by the disaster who always lose electricity when there is a typhoon due falling poles and all areas that cannot reach electricity power. The system determines compliant and non-compliant establishments. The Waterfall Methodology model was used in the development of the system. It was adaptable to change on each phase of hardware development and useful for systems iterative approach. The over-all result of the evaluation was Excellent which implies that the system met the standard criteria in system’s development and the implementation of the system is recommended.

There are many people who no longer have communication with their family and friends and especially difficult to them because their battery is empty due to lost power interruption and failing poles incidents caused by disaster.
