    Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the satisfaction of CapSU Pilar students on the performance of their teachers. Specifically, the study aimed to: determine the socio-demographic profile of teachers; determine the level of satisfaction of students on the performance of their teachers; determine if there is significant difference of the satisfaction level on the performance of the teachers to their socio-demographic profile.

The respondents of the study involved 304 students who were bonafide students of CapSU Pilar on the school year 2015-2016. They were selected using stratified proportionate random sampling technique. A questionnaire was used to gather the needed data on the socio-demographic profile of teachers and the satisfaction level of students on their teachers’ performance. The descriptive statistics used the socio-demographic profile of the reports were percentage and frequency count and mean for level of satisfaction; while the inferential statistics used in finding significant difference on the satisfaction of students and teachers socio-demographic profile were t-test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The questionnaire adopted from the CapSU Performance Evaluation Form for Student Teachers was used in data collection.

Finding showed that many of the respondents were aging 30-39 years old. Majority of them were female, married, Roman Catholic and permanent faculty. Many of them were Master’s degree holder, less than one year as teachers and less than one year as teachers in CapSU, and had monthly income of Php. 20, 000.00 and below.

Generally, the level of satisfaction of the students on the performance of their teachers were rated “very satisfied”. However, the respondents were only “satisfied” with the performance of their teachers in terms of over-all cleanliness and orderliness.

There is no significant difference on the satisfaction of students on the performance of teachers on their socio-demographic profile.
