    Abstract
    This study was conducted to determine the degree of the impact of technological advancement on criminal investigation as perceived by the uniformed personnel of Sigma Municipal Police Station. Specifically, this study sought to answer the following questions: What is the socio-demographic profile of the respondents? What is the degree of the impact of technological advancement to the crime investigation of Sigma Municipal Police Station? This study was conducted at the Municipality of Sigma at Sigma Police Station during the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023. The respondents of the study were the twenty-nine police personnel of Sigma Municipal Police Station. A descriptive research design was utilized in this study using researcher made questionnaire as a data-gathering instrument. Data showed that the majority of the respondents were thirty-one to thirty-five year-old males, married, and had been in service for six to ten years and had no post-graduate degree. The researchers concluded further that the degree of impact of technological advancement on criminal investigation as perceived by the uniformed personnel of Sigma Municipal Police Station was “very high” with a grand mean of 4.46.
