Day care database in the Municipality of President Roxas, Capiz

Abstract

This paper and software was conducted at the office of MSWD in the Municipality of President Roxas, Capiz. This project aims to develop and design a Day Care Database (DCD) system in the Municipality of President Roxas, Capiz. A Day Care Database systems allows the officer to keep track the data of all preschoolers. In this study, the prototype builds based on secured and trusted frameworks for DCD system. It involves the input, processing and the output. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is the process model is being used by the researchers in their entire process development. The process presented the workflow of the system development project. The researchers also used Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram. This project system would hasten transactions in the office of the MSWD thus would, increase efficiency and reduce documentation errors through the usual manual processing and also reduce the number of employees needed in the office.
