    Abstract
    The study was conducted to develop Capiz State University Alumni Tracer Website at Capiz State University Pontevedra Capiz. Specifically, it sought to create an Alumni Profile module where the alumni can fill in details regarding their employment status. Create contact module that will provide complete contacts of CapSU Pontevedra for the alumni. Create a job monitoring module that will discover the reasons of the alumni for staying/changing job. Create alumni news and event updates module that will inform all the alumni on the upcoming events. This study also aimed to find out the acceptability of the system to the administrative personnel including the Alumni who are the target users of the developed system. The acceptability of the system was tested and tried on the aspects of it’s: a.) ease of use; b.) documentation and supplementary materials; c.) interface design; and d.) comparison to manual operation. The study was conducted in Capiz State University, Pontevedra, Capiz. The development of the system was done from November 2017 to March 2018. The testing of its acceptability was done during the second semester of the S.Y. 2017-2018. In the gathering of the data, a questionnaire was used. The analysis of the data was done using means. On the aspects of ease of use of the developed Capiz State University Pontevedra Capiz Alumni Tracer Website result revealed that the system was “highly accepted” by the respondents. Meaning they have no difficulty using the system. In term of its documentation and supplementary materials, like user manual and system flow, the system was likewise, “highly accepted” by the users. As to its interface design, the users also give a rating of “highly accepted”. When the use of system compared to manual operation, the users found that it is easier to use and it is time saving. The Capiz State University Pontevedra Alumni Tracer Website was generally accepted by the users.
