    Abstract
This study was conducted in order to find solution to the current difficulties experienced by the teacher and students of Senior High at Ishmael B. Orillos Farm School using the manual operation especially in keeping and retrieving student’s grades. The primary objective of the study was to create the grade viewing system for senior high school students of Ismael B. Orillos Farm School. Specifically, it aimed to create a system that will let the faculty encode and release student grades efficiently; design a system that can store students’ grades; develop a system that will allow the students to view their grades; and to determine the acceptability of the system based on ISO 25010 standard in terms of functional suitability, maintainability, performance efficiency, compatibility, reliability, usability, security and portability. It focused only in developing a system that could encode store and view student’s grades. The enrolment record of the students is not covered in the system. The researchers used Xammp and MySQL to develop the system. Other programs used were the Microsoft Access for Database; Microsoft Word for the documentation; Microsoft PowerPoint for the presentation; and Windows 10 as an operating system. To determine the acceptability of the system, the researchers conducted a survey. The Senior High School students and the teachers of Ishmael B. Orillos Farm School and the IT faculty of the Capiz State University Mambusao Satellite College serve as the respondents of the study. The questionnaire used was adopted from the ISO 25010 standards to determine the acceptability in terms of functional suitability, maintainability, performance efficiency, compatibility, reliability, usability, security and portability. Generally, the Grade Viewing System for Senior High School at Ishmael B. Orillos Farm School was evaluated “Highly Acceptable” with grand a mean of 4.43.
