    Abstract
    The title of this study was Availability and Utilization of Educational Technology among Teacher Education Students of Capiz State University Dumarao Satellite College. This was conducted to determine the Availability and Utilization of the students among Educational Technology. Specifically, it sought answers to the following questions: 1. What is the level of availability of educational technology as a whole and when grouped according to profile? 2. What is the extent of utilization of educational technology as a whole and when grouped according to profile? 3. What is the level of academic performance of the respondents as a whole and when grouped according to profile? 4. Are there significant differences on the level of availability of educational technology as a whole and when grouped according to profile? 5. Are there significant differences on the extent of utilization of educational technology as a whole and when grouped according to profile? 6. Are there significant differences on the academic performance of the respondents as a whole and when grouped according to profile? 7. Is there significant relationship between level of availability, extent of utilization and academic performance of the respondents? Hypotheses were advanced on this study which state that: There are no significant differences on the availability and utilization when grouped according to socio- 11 demographic profile; there are no significant differences on the level of educational technology when grouped according to socio-demographic profile; and there is no significant relationship between availability and utilization educational technology of the respondents. The respondents of this study were the students of Capiz State University Dumarao Satellite College enrolled in school year 2022-2023. Cochran Formula was used to determine their sample size of the respondents and stratified random sampling was utilized to identify them under each year level namely: Bachelor od Elementary Education (BEEd), and Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd major in Social Studies and BSEd major in General Science) A researcher made-survey questionnaire was used to gather data composing of two parts, the first part is the socio-demographic profile of the respondents; the second part is the Availability and Utilization of Education Technology Teacher Education of Capiz State University Dumarao Satellite College. Mean, Standard Deviation and T-test were used to describe the sociodemographic profile of the respondents while analysis of variance (ANOVA) test was used to analyze the association between socio-demographic profile of the respondents, availability and utilization of educational technology among Teacher Education students. The respondents’ were “Inadequately Available” of the Availability of Educational Technology and were “Moderately Utilize” of Extent of Utilization of Educational Technology. The study revealed that majority of the respondents were Males, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies and General Science, with the age of 18-20 12 years old, the respondents were inadequately available” among educational technology, the respondents had moderately utilized the educational technology as to sex. Third Year Students revealed a no significantly highest level of availability and extent of utilization among educational technology compared to other year level. While young adult (21-23 years old) were no significantly aware on educational technology than teenagers, there is no significant difference as to whole and when group according to profile. But the family monthly income were more needed and moderately utilized and inadequately available in terms to utilized the educational technology in the campus. Hence, the higher the level of availability, the more moderately utilized the educational technology among Teacher Education students.
