    Abstract
This system entitled “Electronic–Grades’ Ranking and Appraisal Decision Optimization (E-GRADO)” was designed and developed for the faculty, students and especially the administration that will fully benefit the system. E-GRADO was developed using C# programming language and MS SQL for its database. The system is a “Decision Support System” that has the capability to self calculate and show results based on the user’s input data. E-GRADO has the following objectives: (1) Design and develop the following system features: (a) a security feature for user management that will ensure that only registered and recognized users can access the system; (b) a feature to manage records using the Admin account; (c) a student appraisal feature that will recommend subjects to be taken by a particular student for the next enrolment; (d) a grade evaluation module that will automatically calculate the students’ general average; (e) a ranking module that will determine the possible honor students; (f) a report generation feature that will be used for filing and reporting of student records required by the different departments/offices. (2) to determine the acceptability level of the system by the targeted users when grouped as a whole in terms of the following criteria: (a) Product Quality; (b) Quality in Use. E-GRADO can automatically appraise the possible subjects of the student to be enrolled in the next enrollment; the system also provides a username and password to the students for viewing their grades and appraisal; the system can rank the performance specifically the general average of regular students each year. This study was conducted to determine its acceptability utilizing selected 50 students using the ISO 9210 as its evaluation instrument. To gather the needed data, the researchers disseminate the ISO questionnaire and based on the results, the students of the said campus “accepted” the system in terms of the acceptability.
