    Abstract
    The study was conducted to determine the challenges encountered by the the Grade 12 students of Casanayan National High School of shifting from modular learning to face-to-face classes. It aims to draw the socio-demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age, sex, and estimated monthly family income; identify the challenges encountered by the Grade 12 students in Casanayan National High School in shifting from modular learning to face-to-face learning. One hundred thirteen students of Casanayan National High School enrolled during the school year 2022-2023 were the study`s respondents. A researcher-made questionnaire consisting of two parts was constructed for the purpose of the study: Part I socio-demographic profile of the respondents in terms of name, sex, age, and estimated monthly family income, and Part II covered the random question form of checklist in terms on the challenges encountered by the Grade 12 students of Casanayan National High School. Results showed that most of the respondents were, single, aged, twelve years old, and had monthly income ranging from Php10,000,00 to Php20,000,00. The respondents indicated that transportation was the most significant challenge, with limited access and increased costs being major concerns. Savings fare expenses by studying at home and high transportation fares were also mentioned. Out of the challenges encountered was transportation with the highest response in "due to limited access, transportation was charge twice". Next was physical with the highest response in "lack of sleep in coping with the deadline" and finally time management with highest response in "easily distracted using mobile phone while answering the module". Lastly, they also struggled with time management, including distractions from mobile phones and balancing household chores with school requirements. Overall, the findings indicated that student agree they are facing significant challenges in terms of transportation, physical well-

    being, and time management. It was also found out there were no significant differences in terms of age, sex, and family income.
