Awareness of Sigmahanon students towards the history of the Municipality of Sigma

Abstract

The study was conducted to investigate the level of awareness of Sigmahanon students towards the history of the Municipality of Sigma. The respondents of this study were the 50 Sigmahanon students of Capiz State University, Sigma Satellite College for the School Year 2018-2019. The data gathering instrument used was a researchers-made questionnaire. Statistical tools used in this study were frequency, percentage, ANOVA, and t-test. Alpha level of significance was set at 5%. In terms of awareness, most of the respondents are male. Data showed that both male and female are not aware of the history of the municipality of Sigma. Findings reveal that BTVTED is more aware compared to the other courses.
