    Abstract
    This study was conducted to determine the socio-demographic profile of the respondents. Most particularly it sought 1.) What is the socio-demographic profile of the respondent? 2.) What are the different programs and services availed by the person with a disability in the Municipality of Pilar? 3.) What is the level of services satisfaction among PWDs in the municipality of Pilar?

    This study involve 30 respondents from the selected barangay in the municipality of Pilar. Since, there were only a few individuals in the locality, the researcher used Sampling techniques.

    The researchers conducted Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in formulating the questionnaire and used it as a survey instrument in gathering data from the respondents. The questionnaire was composed of two parts. Part I covered the socio-demographic profile of the respondents including their name, age, gender, educational attainment, employment status, marital status, number of siblings, number of family members living with, source of income, and Monthly income. On other hand, Part II, covered statements about the availments and satisfactions of Persons with Disability.

    The results of the study were computed and analyzed statistically with the use of percentages and identifying the mean. It was found that the majority of the respondents were aged 13-24 years old. The majority respondents were male, both elementary and high school students, and the most respondent are single.

    The programs that the respondents did not avail of the given by the LGU are the agriculture livelihood program with a percentage of 16.67Percents and their satisfaction with the mean of (m=3.50).Some of the respondents avail of the given programs like access devices, medical medicine, ayuda in time of the pandemic, work from DOLE, exporting the work of PWD, thru

    DTI, yearly allowance, and hygiene kit, The level of satisfaction of the respondents are very satisfied by the total means score of 4.42.
