    Abstract
This study aimed to determine the feasibility of the proposed project in terms of market, production or technical, organization and management, financial, and socio-economic aspects. Households were considered as the target of the study, and with 400 total sample sizes from the randomly selected barangay, 91% of the respondents signified their intentions to purchase the product. The proponents considered 10% of the household population willing and able to buy as its target market. The product has a projected annual demand of 86,664 packs, 91,392 packs, 93,216 packs, 95,040 packs, and 96,960 packs in the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, respectively. It was sold directly by distribution at Php68.00 per pack. The proposed business would be at the Brgy. Poblacion Tabuc, Mambusao Capiz. It will operate two (2) days a week and is expected to produce 80 packs of fish tocino daily. The firm expects to increase its production by 5% in the succeeding years. The firm was registered under the name of "SRR Partnership," where partners were to share an equal amount of money and resources for the business as well as divide all profits and losses equally among themselves. The firm will have two personnel for the five years of operation. The personnel will enjoy the different benefits required by the government, such as SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PHILHEALTH. The proponents will have an initial investment amounting to Php120,254.05. The proposed business's return on investment (ROI) is 0.25%. On the other hand, the initial investment is expected to recover in 2 years, 6 months, and 9 days. Furthermore, the business has a net present value of Php56,677.22 and an internal rate return of 57,01663 % for its five years of operation. The proposed business was to generate income for the government in the form of taxes and provide employment to the community. The study revealed that the proposed business was feasible in terms of market, production of technical, organization of management, financial, and socio-economic.
