    Abstract
    The study aimed to determine the implementation of Brigada Eskwela in selected elementary schools in the District of Pontevedra, school year 2018-2019. The objectives of the study were: (1) What is the level of participation in the Implementation of Brigada Eskwela in the selected elementary Schools in the District of Pontevedra (2).What is the level of preparedness in the Implementation of Brigada Eskwela in the selected elementary schools in the District of Pontevedra (3).What is the level of commitment in the Implementation of Brigada Eskwela in the selected elementary schools in the District of Pontevedra. (4).What are the level of challenges encountered in the Implementation of Brigada Eskwela in the selected elementary schools in the District of Pontevedra. A descriptive survey method of research was used in this study. The data were gathered by means of questionnaire. A total of 182 teachers, students and school heads from five selected elementary schools in the District of Pontevedra served as respondents of the study. Means and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. The following findings are: The level of participation on Brigada Eskwela of teacher respondents have highly participation. Students' participation in the implementation of Brigada Eskwela was highly participation.The school heads of the respective schools had highly participation in the implementation of Brigada Eskwela. As to the level of Preparedness: teachers were highly prepared in the implementation of Brigada Eskwela; students were highly prepared in the Implementation of Brigada Eskwela and school heads were highly prepared. As to the level of Challenges: teachers were highly challenged; the students were challenged and school heads they were challenged. As to the level of commitment: teachers were highly committed: students were highly committed and school heads were highly committed.
