Abstract
The study aimed to determined the level of safety and security measures of the resorts in Capiz. Data were collected from 90 respondents using a standardized questionnaire and it was statistically analyzed using mean score, standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA. Findings of the study indicated a strong overall perception of safety and security measures, suggesting very high practice levels among the surveyed resorts in the first district of Capiz. Respondents rated level of safety and security positively, highlighting feeling safe and secured under resorts’ care. Among profile of the respondents, significant difference were found on educational background and classification of tourist on guests’ assessment on safety and security measures of resort in Capiz. Further research may be conducted to explore wider demographics and locations.
