    Abstract
The study on Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) graduates, particularly those majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from the 2022–2023 batch, highlights their adaptability and strategic approach to career development. Using purposive sampling, it included 63 graduates, mostly female (80%) and aged 23-24 (76.67%). Key findings reveal that these graduates possess essential skills such as problem-solving, resilience, accountability, planning, time management, communication, and self-awareness. They are proactive in career planning, assessing job market trends, analyzing job complexities, and preparing for potential challenges. Their strong problem-solving abilities and persistence reflect their capacity to navigate the job market with responsibility and strategic planning. The insights suggest that BSBA graduates are highly equipped to build their careers through diligent planning and adaptability. These attributes make them resilient job seekers capable of handling complex roles. For career counselors, educators, and employers, understanding these strengths and preferences can inform tailored programs and resources that further support career readiness. Overall, BSBA graduates emerge as competent and proactive individuals prepared for diverse professional pathways.
