    Abstract
Paper works are not easy to handle especially when it’s hard copy. There are many various feature that can help the faculty, staff and students. This study aims to develop a Database Information System for Information Technology Department of Capiz State University, Pilar Satellite College. Offline Database System for BSIT Students of Capiz State University Pilar Satellite College. The system determines the Student Profile, Faculty and Staff, Alumni and Subjects (New and Old Curriculum Student). Specifically aims to develop the database that manage student records for easy and accurate access of data; to record and students’ grades; to generate summary reports of students grades and their records like student profile, grades, certificate and awards; and to insure integrity, privacy, and security in an open access environment. Agile Methodology model was used in the development of the system. It was adaptable to change on each phase of software development and useful for systems iterative approach. Development of Database Information System for Information Technology Department of Capiz State University, Pilar Satellite College have three (3) users – (1) the admin (2) Faculty & Staff (3) Students. The student-user can access the system by logging in using their email account and password and they can check their student profile which consists of their personal information and school details but they cannot edit their profile and if there is a problem, the student needs to inform the faculty about the problem because the student-user has a limitation and that they can only access to read their student profile. The admin/faculty, by accessing the system they need to log in using the Admin’s account, the admin/faculty can also check the students profile but they can also edit and update the information.

The system was evaluated by five (5) domain experts which are the Software Developers and five (5) IT Experts using the ISO 25010 criteria for software development. These standard criteria were composed of functional suitability, maintainability, performance efficiency, compatibility, reliability, usability, security, and portability. Result of assessment got high on Accessibility, Speed, Cost-efficient, Reliability and Security. The over-all result of the evaluation was Excellent which implies that the system have met the standard criteria in system’s development and the implementation of the system is recommended.
