    Abstract
    The proposed business will be named Delish Partnership. It sought to determine the acceptability and profitability of Coconut chips in the Municipality of Jamindan. The business will be located at San Nicolas St. Bragy. Poblacion, Jamindan, Capiz. The target market includes four (4) National High School namely; Jamindan National High School, Jagnaya National High School, Lucero National High School and Macario Bermejo National High School. The demand for Coconut chips was based on the survey conducted by the proponents among respondents of the four National High School in the Municipality of Jamindan. It was assumed that 90% of the respondents will be the target market of the product. The projected demand was assumed to be 110,784 packs, 113,088 packs, 115,296 packs, 117,600 packs and 120,000 packs for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 respectively. The proposed business intends to sell its product through direct distribution. It was expected that the firm will be able to sell 95% of its production yearly and the remaining 5% shall be set as allowance for damages. Hence, the projected sales for the business shall be Php338,200.00 in 2019, Php349,440.00 in 2020, Php358,900.00 in 2021, Php370,440.00 in 2022 and Php383,160.00 in 2023. The proposed business will produce coconut chips using young coconut, sugar, salt and cheese. It has the capacity to produce 110,784 packs, 113,088 packs, 115,296 packs, 117,600 packs and 120,000 packs for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, respectively. Delish Partnership is a business enterprise that is owned by three (3) partners who will contribute equal amount of money and other resources needed to operate the business, likewise profit and losses will be divided equally by the partners. The financial requirements of the proposed project will be source out from the contribution of the partners. The firm shall have an initial investment of Php60,806.75 including fixed investment, start-up cost and working capital. The Return on Investment (ROI) of the business is 32.13%.
